Former Nike Techie to Lead Company’s Product Initiatives for Player Tracking Data
New York City and Minneapolis – March 27, 2016 — Sportradar, the leading provider of sports data services globally, announced today that Ashok Balakrishnan has been named Senior Vice President of Technology and Product Management for the U.S. market. Mr. Balakrishnan brings expertise in consumer digital products in the wearables, mobile, gaming and real-time analytics areas as well as 3D, AR and VR technologies.
Mr. Balakrishnan will oversee Sportradar’s Product Management teams in New York, San Francisco and Minneapolis, while being responsible for developing advanced analytics and data science capabilities that will be used to design and develop innovative technology driven products and solutions.
